What We Collect

We only hold what you hand us, and there is not much of it:

• If you make an offer: your name, email address and the amount you offered. This becomes a pending order in our Shopify account so we can reply to you.
• If you subscribe: your email address, and your first name if you give one.
• If you buy something: your name, delivery address, email and phone number, collected by Shopify at checkout so the order can be shipped.
• If you email us: whatever is in your message. Our contact and selling pages are plain email links, not forms — nothing is stored on this site.
• Automatically: standard web analytics, described below, and ordinary server logs kept by our host.

Payment Information

We never see it. Checkout takes place on Shopify's own systems, and your card details go directly to Shopify and their payment processors. They are not transmitted to us and we hold nothing you could pay with.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies and records things like pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and which browser and device you are using. We use it to understand what people are looking for — not to identify you personally.

Your browser also stores a cart identifier so your bag survives a refresh. It sits on your device, holds no personal detail, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Blocking analytics cookies — with a browser setting, a private window or an ad blocker — is entirely fine by us. Nothing on this site stops working, and you can still browse, make an offer and check out.

Who Else Sees Your Information

Only the services that make the shop function, and only for that purpose. We do not sell or rent your information, and we never have.

• Shopify — our store and checkout platform. Orders, offers and customer details live here.
• Google Analytics — website traffic measurement.
• Resend — sends the confirmation email when you submit an offer.
• Supabase — stores newsletter subscriptions.
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
• UPS — receives the delivery address needed to bring you your order.

How Long We Keep It

Order and offer records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and authentication purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule.

Your Choices

Email us and we will act on any of these. You do not need to explain why, and asking will never affect how you are treated as a customer.

• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it for tax or accounting reasons.
• Unsubscribe from emails, using the link in any of them or by replying.

If you are a California resident, you have these rights under state law, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing for you to opt out of.

Children

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we start using a new service that handles your information, this page gets updated and the date at the top changes with it.
